Sarawak Cultural Village - The Performance

There were two performances everyday and we managed to catch the morning show. It was entertaining, uplifting, eye-opening to each Sarawak's ethnic dance and colourful. There was a performer-audience interaction and I guess the warrior dancers had the most applause and they had the most fun too! I am not able to label the specific ethnic group in these pictures but just to give you guys a rough idea and encouraged you to go and spend your RM60 there ! :-))

Sarawak is a state where you have to appreciate nature to love it. I like what they have done by preserving the trees along the road to Santubong. I appreciate the natural surroundings. No wonder this village is the centre for the Rainforest Music Festival. Will I come again? Definitely ... ;-))

The theatre at  the main house
The audience trying to get the middle seat for a better view

This dancer had the most fun interacting with the audience. He made a child cried ... ;-))

The dancers inviting the audience to go up the stage with them ... very few takers .. shy ..:-))

The finale where braver audience went up the stage and had a gala time
